Ukraine economy in recovery mode
Ukraine's new passenger car sales in September rose to their highest level since December, 2014, as demand continues to recover on the back of the overall economic revival in the country, industrial data showed Monday.
The Ukravtoprom Analysis Group said in a report that a total of 5,771 passenger cars were sold in Ukraine last month, up 32 percent year-on-year.
On a monthly basis, the sales increased by 2.5 percent, the report said.
The war in the east has calmed down quite a bit and things do not stay down forever. Greenshoots are beginning to appear as the IMF, the US, and EU pressure the government in Ukraine to begin reforming.
I am playing this via agricultural companies Agroton and Astarta. Both of these companies trade in Poland on the Warsaw exchange. Fidelity's International desk can facilitate the trade.
